Update 12-19-2013- LeeLu has had the surgery to try to repair her leg. She had a previous break and the plate and pins did not take for unknown reasons. The plate and pins had come loose and the plate was poking almost through her skin. She is slowly trying to put weight on this leg. The loose plate and pins were not addressed immediately so it was allowed to hinder her walking. Hopefully, with the surgery and physical therapy, we should be able to save the leg, but we are not sure yet. Prayers for sweet Leelu. She is a very tiny and friendly pup and would make someone a great pet!
